Welcome to Finnish Lapland

Welcome to Finnish Lapland, the last remaining wilderness in Europe, where the water in the Kitka Lake is purer than the tap water at home. Where you can experience the cold and simultaneously receive a warmer welcome than ever before, where you not only feel instantly at home but also, as it were, come home to yourself. With daily yoga and meditation, nature, enjoyable activities, and delicious food, this is a week you'll want to be a part of!

"You wake up in a fairytale snowy landscape. The silence around you is almost tangible, the air icy and pure. Inside, a warm yoga room awaits, the crackling of a fire, and a group of women who, like you, long for peace, adventure, and connection."

This isn't a standard retreat. It's a complete experience.

Daily yoga and meditation to come home to yourself.

What we're going to do!

  • Daily yoga and meditation to return home to yourself.

  • Wilderness experiences – making fire, cooking outdoors, sleeping in silence.

  • Sauna and cold dips to refresh your body and clear your mind.

  • Adventure in motion – hiking through snow, dancing under the stars and the magical Northern Lights
